So, I'm finally biting the bullet and getting braces next month. Feels super weird doing this at 33, but better late than never, right? I'm kinda nervous about dealing with them at work, eating out, and just daily life stuff. If anyone's been through this as an adult and has some good hacks or things they wish they'd known beforehand, I'd really appreciate it.

Totally get the anxiety... I'm 35 and considering braces myself, still on the fence though. Props to you for taking the plunge—you're definitely not alone in this.
