Been looking into finally fixing my teeth (better late than never, right?) and I'm kinda stuck between traditional braces and Invisalign. Invisalign seems way more convenient but, um, the price difference is pretty noticeable. Anyone here gone through either option and felt it was worth the extra cash?
I totally get where you're coming fromβInvisalign looks great, but yeah, the cost difference isn't small. Personally, I went with traditional braces to save some cash. The first week was rough, not gonna lie...but after that, it wasn't bad at all. Results turned out awesome too.
I hear you on the cost issue, it's definitely something to think about. I went with Invisalign myself, mostly because at my age I just felt more comfortable having something less noticeable. Honestly though, traditional braces do the job just as well, from what I've seen. My friend went that route and her smile looks fantastic now. Either way, the first few days are a bit of a pain, but it's worth it in the end.

Yeah, I've heard that from a few people now... honestly, it's making me a bit nervous, haha. I'm leaning towards traditional braces because of the cost difference, but I'm still not 100% sure. Did you find Invisalign easy to manage day-to-day? Like, was it tricky remembering to take them out for meals and stuff? That's one thing I'm worried aboutβI can be pretty forgetful sometimes.
I totally get the anxiety...I was pretty nervous too at first. Honestly, after the initial adjustment, Invisalign became second nature. Setting phone reminders helped me a lot in the beginning. You'll find your rhythm quicker than you think, promise.
