I've noticed my teeth looking kinda dull and yellowish lately, so I started brushing with baking soda once or twice a week. Seems to help a bit, but not enough. Also cut back on coffee (hardest part, tbh) and started rinsing my mouth after meals. Um, anyone got better tricks or something else that actually works? I'm open to anything at this point, lol.

Haha, I feel you on the coffee struggle... hardest habit to break for sure. Anyway, I've been down this road myself and found that activated charcoal toothpaste worked surprisingly well for me. It's not an overnight miracle or anything, but after about two weeks of regular use, I noticed a definite improvement. Just make sure you rinse thoroughly afterward—otherwise, you'll be picking black specks out of your teeth all day. Worth a shot if you're looking for something budget-friendly and effective.
Totally get the coffee thing... took me forever to cut down myself. Activated charcoal can help short-term, but careful not to overdo it—can be abrasive. Personally, switching to a whitening toothpaste with fluoride made a noticeable difference without sensitivity issues.
